In this episode, we’re talking about strength training with teenagers and the four lessons you should know when working with young people. Teens have some great advantages in the gym. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and gain a sense of agency, plus they recover quickly. At the same time, they need the right amount of guidance to fill the gaps of what they don’t know so they can make the most of their exercise routine.
